Tent lightly with aluminum foil. Remove the salmon from the oven and carefully open the foil packets. Be cautious as the steam will be very hot. Spoon an equal portion of the chard mixture in the center of each of four dinner plates. Place a piece of steamed salmon on top of each chard mound.
